Form data

When you request a first lesson, I use your name, email and, if you provide them, your phone and message, only to reply and organise the lesson. The form is processed by Formspree, which forwards messages to my mailbox. You can send your request even if you decline measurement cookies. Enquiries that do not lead to lessons are kept for six months after our last exchange, then deleted from Formspree and from the emails I keep. If you become a student, information needed to organise lessons and administrative records are subject to separate retention rules.

Lesson recording

With your agreement, short voice recordings may be made during the lesson so we can listen together and compare your attempts. I send you the files, then delete my copies after sending. No recording is published or used for communication without separate, explicit permission. This agreement is independent from the form consent and from the cookie choice.

Analytics

Only with your consent, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics (site audience), Google Ads (measuring requests coming from advertising, without ad personalisation) and Microsoft Clarity (understanding how the site is used, with the form masked). No name, email, phone or message is sent to these tools. Without your consent, nothing is loaded. You can change your mind at any time via "Manage cookies" at the bottom of the page: the page reloads without the measurement tools.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@coursdechantbxl.be. You can also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
