The Rem method involves an unconscious process. We plant seeds during the workshop, and your brain continues the work at night. It's learning through the body, not the mind.

Do I need to know how to sing or dance?
Absolutely not. It is designed for the 'blocked', the shy, and those who think they can't do it. We start from scratch.
Will people watch me?
Yes, but in a safe setting. Accepting the gaze is part of the process. We go progressively.
What is somatic learning?
It is learning through physical sensation rather than intellectual analysis. It is slower at first, but much deeper and lasting.
What is the difference with singing lessons?
Singing lessons are individual and technical. The Impro Lab is collective and psychological/global. The two complement each other.
