Vibrate, Create, Feel Alive

Why the act of creating—through voice or movement—is essential to our balance and joy.

We live in a world where we consume a lot: images, sounds, ideas. But we often forget that deep down, human beings are not just made to receive. We are made to emit, to express, to create.

Whether it’s letting out a sound, drawing a trajectory with our body, or improvising a melody, the act of creation instantly brings us back to life.

Getting Out of Your Head, Returning to Your Body

The greatest obstacle to creation is believing that you need “talent.” We think we have to be an artist to authorize ourselves to create. This is a fundamental mistake. Creating is not a matter of aesthetic results; it is a biological necessity.

When we sing or dance, we’re not just producing a form. We’re making energy circulate. We’re undoing blockages. We’re moving out of the analytical mind and into pure presence. It’s that moment where time stops and we finally feel like we belong.

The Joy of Vibration

There is a primitive satisfaction in feeling one’s own body vibrate or unfold in space. It’s a direct communication with oneself. When you create without trying to please or succeed, you rediscover a form of innocence and freedom.

That feeling of well-being after a singing or dancing session is no accident. It’s your entire system thanking you for finally letting the current through. To create is to allow oneself to fully exist.

The Pleasure of the Act

Rather than looking for a goal or perfection, simply try to let the action happen:

  • Let a sound come out, without trying to make it “beautiful.”
  • Make a movement, just to feel your muscles stretching.
  • Observe what happens when you stop judging yourself.

Creating is not reserved for artists. It’s simply using your body and voice to feel more present, here and now. Forget performance. Content yourself with letting the current flow.
